Today’s image is of Leeds Castle in Kent, United Kingdom – taken a couple of weeks ago.
Having stayed in Bearsted for three weeks (a small village with some amazing pubs), we’d heard of Leeds Castle many times and had put it on our list of things-to-do before we left Kent. Then, one sunday afternoon, our good friends who we were staying with took us to the castle. At the time the weather was overcast and dismal, but as soon as we graced the castle grounds with our presence the grey skies gave way to blue and the sun came out of hiding. The afternoon turned out to be fantastic (as you can see).
